Due to the importance of recovering fine particulate matter such as sand sand in wet processing of minerals, processing plants have always sought to achieve this. But the cost of supplying some former washing machines, as well as the need for medium to high production rather than competitive production and high production rates, has made it difficult for landowners to do so. Therefore, in order to optimize the use of previous washing equipment, such as cochlear sand and also the possibility of recovering fine particles (sand sand) at the average production rate, it has constructed a pond screen.
This device is quite similar to the screen for washing and dewatering, except that the sand wash (zero to 6 mm or larger) is carried out by cochlear. In the pre-wash phase, aggregates of 0 to 6 mm are combined with fine-grained (sandy sand) by cochlear sand with low or high inclination, and the output is poured onto the vibrating pond screen. Next, the pond screen is created using vibration, dehydrates the material, and transports the effluent, including fine grains, clay, and sludge, to the device's shot.
At all stages of the effluent generated, the cochlear sand effluent and the shoot of the apparatus, both of which have fine grained sand and clay, are transported to the hydrocyclone inlet by a slurry pump. In a hydrocyclone, due to the bi-directional eddy current, fine-grained (sandy) dimensions are separated from the clay and sludge, and shed from the bottom of the hydrocyclone on the vibrating pond screen. Hydrocyclone outflows then pass through the vibrating screen (3.6 m) with zero to 6 mm pre-washed aggregates and exit as final product.
It is worth noting that the capacity of this machine will be more than 120 tons per hour depending on the load required by the coil rinsing machine and the amount of water required is about 3 to 4 inches. Here are some other features of the Pulverizer or Dryer (DS120):

• Pond screening is used for drying sand and preserving filler and sand sand.
• Pond screening improves the quality of the outlet load, by bumping the load, preventing fine runoff, and removing silt from the sands.
• Pond screening is preceded by cochlear sand.
• The pond screen product can be used for indoor and outdoor cleaning.
• Screened vibrators of the pond pull the load from the bottom up.
