Hs series 14 crushers Pars Industrial Crusher Group is designed to break all types of high hardness rock and river that is suitable for breaking rocks up to 300 mm in diameter.
The impact crusher consists of a rotor having 2 to 6 blades rotating at high speed. The role of the blades is to throw the inlet parts toward the inner wall of the crusher. On the inner wall of the machine are also installed some shields of hardness. The incoming load fragments are shattered by the impact of these shields. The blades move at speeds of 15 to 50 meters per second, and the speed of the inbound parts when approaching the shields reaches about 1.6 times the blade speed. This crusher is used to crush minerals with a silica content of up to 5%.
