Grizzly Feeder

Grizzly vibration feeders are engineered to combine feeding and sieve functions into one unit and reduce the cost of having two separate units. Grizzly vibration feeders are mainly used in basic functions and feed on a primary crusher. The Grizzly vibration feeder provides a continuous feed rate under different loading and material conditions.
This feeder is designed to handle sudden or accidental heavy loads from trucks, shovels and loaders. This type of feeder can be used in mines, recycling, industrial processing, mining and sand as well as in a wide range of processing industries.
The Grizzly vibrator feeder includes a fish-like section at the bottom to receive and begin material separation. The discharge area consists of a grizzly section with openings that allow materials smaller than usual to pass through the crusher before discharging. The feeder mounts on the spring and vibrates through the mechanism underneath the feeder, protecting it from scattered materials that prevent the feed hopper from reaching. The vibration force is angled in the direction of the feeder and points to the end of the discharge site. This vibrating action removes the material, pushing it toward the end of the discharge site, causing the fine particles to move downward.
